💳 The "Style-Credit" Refund Policy
We do not offer cash refunds or reversals to original payment methods (Bank/UPI/Card).
- Refund Method: All approved returns are issued via Lauxora Gift Cards (Store Credit).
- Flexibility: Your Gift Card is valid for 6 Months—giving you plenty of time to find your next favorite outfit!
🕒 Timeline & Cancellations
- The 4-Day Rule: You have 4 days from the moment of delivery to request an exchange or return. After this window, the "closet is closed" for that specific order.
- Order Cancellations: You can change your mind within 24 hours of placing an order. After 24 hours, the order is locked in for processing and cannot be cancelled.
🔄 Size Exchanges & Return Policy
Valid Reasons for Exchange:
- Wrong size
- Wrong item received
- Manufacturing defect
- Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
- Products with stains, damage, or signs of wear are not eligible unless received in that condition.
- Exchange Fee: A nominal fee of ₹99 is applicable to cover the logistics of picking up the old item and delivering the new one. Second-time returns are not allowed.
- Co-ord Sets: These are a "package deal." Both the top and bottom must be returned together for an exchange.
- Availability: Exchanges depend on stock. If your size is gone, we will issue a Gift Card instead.
- Exchange/return is not allowed on orders made using Gift Cards.
- Once approved, pickup will be attempted twice. If unsuccessful, we request you to self-ship the item.
- Upon receiving and verifying the product, your exchange will be processed.
- Entire process may take 10–12 working days. Updates will be sent to your registered email.
⚠️ Sale & Discounted Items
- Final Sale: Any item purchased during a Sale, Clearance, or using a specific promotional discount code is not eligible for return or exchange.
- Coupon codes and Gift Card cannot be combined in one order.
📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items
- Cost: 100% Free replacement for damaged goods or wrong items sent.
- Proof: Please email a photo or unboxing video to infolauxora@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
🚚 Failed Pickups & Self-Shipping
If a pickup fails twice due to courier issues:
- Self-Ship: We may request you to ship the item back to our warehouse. We’ll compensate you with ₹100 towards your shipping cost.
- Bonus: To thank you for the effort, we will add an extra ₹100 to your Store Credit.
We truly appreciate your patience and cooperation, and this way, we can ensure your request is processed smoothly and without delays. 💙
