1.The Basics 🧩

  • This website is operated by Lauxora. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the brand.
  • We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Your continued use of the site means you’re down with the changes.

2. Aesthetic Accuracy 🌟
We put in the work to make sure our photos represent the real deal. However, due to different screen settings (and that iPhone True Tone!), colors might vary slightly.
Because your outfits are beautifully handcrafted, tiny variations may occur—that’s not a defect, it’s the "soul" of an artisanal piece!

3. Your Order & Payments 📦💳

  • By placing an order, you confirm that all details (address, phone, email) are 100% correct. No ghosting the delivery agent, please!
  • Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
  • We use secure, third-party payment gateways. Lauxora does not store your card or bank details.

4. Cancellation Policy 🛑
Change of heart? You have a 24-hour window from the time of purchase to cancel your order.
Once the 24-hour mark passes or the order is "In Process," we cannot cancel it as our team has already started prepping your fit.

5. Shipping & "Courier Drama" 📦🚚
We aim to dispatch your embroidered sets within 24-48 hours.
While we fight for your package daily, Lauxora is not liable for delays caused by our third-party courier partners or "unforeseen circumstances" (like weather or strikes).

6. Returns & Exchanges (The Short Version) 🔄
All sales are subject to our Returns & Exchange Policy.
Remember: You have 4 days to reach out, there’s a ₹99 size-exchange fee, and we operate on a Store Credit/Gift Card basis only (No cash refunds).
Sale items are Final Sale.

7. Respectful Communication 📣

We have a zero-tolerance policy for disrespectful or abusive language. We reserve the right to cancel orders or block users who do not communicate with kindness.
