At Lauxora, we know the vibe can’t wait. Whether you’re prepping for a 9-to-5 slay, a chic brunch with the girlies, or that "main character" airport look, our goal is to get you fit-ready in record time.

🕒 Dispatch & Processing

  • Speedy Shipping: Most orders are dispatched within 24 to 48 working hours of confirmation.
  • The Exceptions: During major sales, holidays, or if our courier partners are having a slow day, dispatch might take a tiny bit longer. We appreciate your patience!

🚚 Delivery Timelines

  • Standard Shipping: Usually takes 3–7 working days after dispatch across India.
  • Prepaid Perk: Prepaid orders are always prioritized! If you’re in a hurry, we recommend skipping COD.
  • Express Shipping: Only available for prepaid orders. Expect your package in 2–4 working days post-dispatch.

📦 The "Not Home?" Rule (RTO)
Our delivery partners will try to reach you 3 times.

  • If the package is returned to us (Return to Origin) because the delivery was refused or the address was incomplete, a reshipment fee of ₹150 will apply to send it back out to you.
  • Double-check that phone number and address—let’s get it right the first time!

We use top-tier courier aggregators to ship your outfits, but let’s be honest—sometimes the delivery agents get a little... creative with their status updates.

We’ve seen it all:

  • "Door Locked" (While you were literally sitting on the porch 🙃).
  • "Phone Unreachable" (Even though you haven't put your phone down all day 📱).
  • "Area Restricted" (Translation: The delivery guy decided to take a long lunch break).

Here’s the deal: We don’t control the "mood swings" of the delivery agents, but we do promise to fight the drama for you. If your tracking looks weird or an agent is being difficult, shoot us an email. At Lauxora, getting you your new favorite outfit is our top priority—even if we have to chase down the courier ourselves!
